Here are some ideas for sessions I am currently developing - they are adaptable to different settings — from studios and retreat centres to outdoor spaces — and can be offered as one-off sessions, workshops, or ongoing series.
The Harmonic Field
Sound & Energy Healing Session
Step into a healing space where sound and energy weave together to restore balance at the deepest levels of body, mind, and spirit. In this group immersion, I work directly with the collective biofield to restore the nervous system in community — the subtle electromagnetic field that surrounds and informs us — using tuning forks, Tibetan bowls, and energy healing. You are invited to simply lie down, receive and reset.
The Restorative Circle
Self-healing practices, relaxation & sound
A gentle group session weaving together mindful movement, breath, and self-healing practices. Each session includes elements of chi gong, self-massage & pressure points, and guided energy exercises for relaxation, creating space for the body to release tension and the mind to soften. Sessions close with a deep vibrational reset through tuning forks frequencies and soothing sounds, inviting harmony, presence, and restoration.
Transition into Wisdom
Balance, renewal and embodiment for women navigating menopause
A space honouring this threshold as a sacred passage. These sessions weave gentle movement, sound healing, and plant teachings into a supportive field for balance, renewal, and embodiment of feminine strength. This work arises from my own journey through menopause, my discoveries through Chinese Medicine and Plant encounters, which I am weaving into my forthcoming book Whispers of the Wild. These sessions or workshop invite a group field of wisdom and empowerment.
